This week, residents have started receiving new Direct Debit notifications for rent and service charges for the 2025/26 financial year, which starts on 1st鈥疉pril 2025.
Unfortunately, some of the Direct Debit notifications are showing an incorrect figure. We are aware of the issue and will issue revised Direct Debit notifications in the next few days.
The correct figures were included in the rent and service charge uplift letters which were posted to residents earlier this year. If the figures on the Direct Debit letter are different from the uplift letter, you can disregard the most recent letter. We will contact residents who received incorrect Direct Debit figures with the correct information during the week commencing 17 March 2025.
Please do not cancel your Direct Debit as we will be collecting the correct, previously communicated, amount. Please speak to your local manager if you have any concerns.
