At West Hall care home in Surrey, our holistic approach embraces the emotional and psychological wellbeing of each resident, as well as their physical needs. Following our assessment an individualised care plan is comprised in conjunction with each resident and their family. This is regularly reviewed to ensure we continue to meet the expectations and needs of each resident.

Our team are here to help advise you every step of the way and we encourage people to visit regularly, with their friends and family, in order to familiarise themselves with the home and to meet our existing residents.

We find that regular visits can help residents build up a relationship with our team and feel confident that they are making the right choice for their future.聽
